Simplicity

The theme of this website is about simplicity and being minimal with design choices. I want to portray a uncomplicated but stylish design ethic that provides insight into who I am and what I bring to the workplace. I prefer to aim for understated than overusing graphics or animation. The aim is to present myself as a budding creative professional, that can engage in the process of providing simple, effective design choices and creative solutions

Casual formal

My choice of profile picture on my home page was chosen to demonstrate my attitude and character as a mixture of formal and casual elements such as a suit jacket with sneakers. This personal characteristic is designed to be reflected in the website itself. I want to present myself as a creative person who is willing to engage with business. The choice of setting is also unconventional is designed to suggest that I want to climb the corporate ladder, or in this case at least the stairwell.

Think outside the square

This font is used on this website for headings and subheadings is called:

American Typewriter. I've chosen this font for this purpose, in order to play with conventions where normally sans serif fonts would be used. The unconventional use of this font has been designed to demonstrate a willingness to be unconventional in the pursuit of creative solutions. My aim is to eventually work as a content producer and I want to present myself as someone creative and prepared to think outside of the square.
